# Multi-Site Management

> Manage multiple client websites, users, and resources from the agency dashboard.

Multi-site management lets you operate multiple client workspaces from a single account, with centralized oversight and per-site access control.

## Websites Tab

The **Websites** tab shows all client sites you manage:

* **Website name and domain** — Click any site to switch into that workspace
* **Activity status** — Last publishing date and recent content activity
* **Content volume** — Total assets, recently published count
* **Integration status** — Green/yellow/red indicators for WordPress, HighLevel, GTM connections

### Switching Workspaces

Click any website row to switch into that workspace. All sidebar navigation, content, and settings update to reflect the selected client site. The workspace selector at the top of the sidebar shows which site you're currently viewing.

### Creating a New Client Site

1. Click **Create Website** from the websites tab
2. Enter the client's website name and domain
3. The workspace is created with default settings
4. Switch into it to begin configuration ([Workspace Setup](/workspace/overview))

## Team Management

The **Users** tab provides a cross-site view of all team member access:

### Viewing Access

The table shows every team member with:

* Name and email
* Which sites they have access to
* Their role on each site (owner, admin, editor, viewer)
* Last active timestamp

### Inviting to Multiple Sites

1. Click **Invite Member**
2. Enter their email address
3. Select one or more client sites from the checklist
4. Set the role for each site (can be different per site)
5. Send the invitation — they receive a single email with access to all selected sites

### Adjusting Access

* **Change role** — Click the role badge next to any site to change it
* **Add to a site** — Click the + button to grant access to an additional workspace
* **Remove from a site** — Click the × to revoke access (immediate effect)
* **Remove entirely** — Remove a user from all sites at once

<Warning>Removing a user's access is immediate and cannot be undone. They'll need a new invitation to regain access.</Warning>

## Opportunities

Track shared business opportunities that span clients:

* Create opportunities linked to specific client sites
* Track status (new, in-progress, won, lost)
* Assign opportunities to team members
* Link opportunities to content assets that support them

## Settings

Agency-wide configuration:

* **Default workspace settings** — Templates applied when creating new client sites
* **Agency branding** — Your agency name and preferences
* **Notification preferences** — Which events trigger notifications across all sites

## Cleanup

Data maintenance tools for keeping workspaces tidy:

* **Stale content detection** — Find assets that haven't been updated or published in a configurable period
* **Test data cleanup** — Remove content flagged as test or draft that's no longer needed
* **Archive** — Move completed projects to archive status without deleting

<Note>Cleanup operations show a preview of what will be affected before you confirm. Nothing is deleted without explicit approval.</Note>
