# Team & Roles

> Invite team members and manage role-based access to your workspace.

WisePilot supports multi-user collaboration with role-based permissions. Manage your team from **Settings → Team**.

## Roles

| Role       | Access                                                                                        |
| ---------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | Full access. Settings, team management, billing, ownership transfer, website deletion.        |
| **Admin**  | Full content operations. Some settings access. Cannot transfer ownership or delete workspace. |
| **Editor** | Content creation, asset management, publishing. No settings or team management.               |
| **Viewer** | Read-only access to all content and reports.                                                  |

## Inviting Members

1. Go to **Settings → Team**
2. Click **Invite Member**
3. Enter their email address
4. Select a role
5. They'll receive an email invitation to join your workspace

## Managing Members

From the Team settings panel you can:

* **Change roles** — Promote or restrict a member's access level
* **Remove members** — Revoke access immediately
* **Transfer ownership** — Hand over the Owner role to another member (Owner only)

## Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each workspace is fully isolated. Team members can only see content, settings, and data for workspaces they've been invited to. If a user belongs to multiple workspaces, they switch between them from the workspace selector.
