The Agency panel is for teams that manage content across multiple client websites. Instead of logging in and out of separate workspaces, you get a centralized dashboard with cross-client visibility.

Who Uses This

Agency management is designed for:
  • Marketing agencies managing content for multiple clients
  • Freelance teams serving several brands from one account
  • Internal teams operating multiple product lines or regional sites

Accessing the Agency Panel

The Agency panel appears in the sidebar footer for users with agency-level access. Navigate to Agency to open the centralized dashboard.

Key Workflows

Onboarding a New Client

  1. Create a new website workspace from the agency dashboard
  2. Configure brand guidelines, ICPs, and voice settings for the client
  3. Invite client team members with appropriate roles (viewer or editor)
  4. Assign your team members as admins
  5. Connect integrations (WordPress, HighLevel, etc.)

Cross-Client Content Strategy

Use the agency dashboard to compare:
  • Which clients have strong content coverage and which have gaps
  • Publishing velocity across clients
  • Content types being produced for each client
  • Shared opportunities that could benefit multiple clients
