WisePilot connects to your publishing platforms so you can push content directly from the app to production — no copy-pasting between systems.

Publishing Flow

The typical publishing workflow:
  1. Generate content — Use any content creation tool to produce a draft
  2. Edit and review — Refine in the longform editor or preview
  3. Configure metadata — Set SEO titles, meta descriptions, categories, and tags
  4. Publish — Push to your website with one click, or schedule for a specific date

Destinations

What Gets Published

Commercial pagesWordPress + ElementorElementor JSON from your imported templates

Publishing vs. Exporting

  • Publish pushes content directly to your WordPress site via API. The content goes live (or to draft) on your website.
  • Export generates Elementor JSON that you can import manually via the Elementor editor. Use this when you want more control over the final layout.
Both options are available from the asset detail view.

Pre-Publish Checklist

Before publishing any content, verify:
  • SEO metadata — Title tag and meta description are set and optimized
  • Images — Featured image and inline images are generated or uploaded
  • CTAs — Call-to-action elements are configured with tracking attributes
  • Internal links — Cross-links to related content are included
  • Target ICP alignment — Content speaks to the intended audience
Publish to WordPress as a draft first, then preview on your site before making it live. This catches formatting issues that aren’t visible in WisePilot’s editor.
