The Ideas hub is where content starts. Discover new topics through AI analysis, develop angles with chat, and promote ideas into full production assets. Navigate to Production → Ideas in the sidebar.

My Ideas

Ideas you’ve created manually or through AI generation. Each idea card shows:
  • Topic — The content subject
  • Target ICP — Which audience this idea serves
  • Suggested content type — Blog post, landing page, social, etc.
  • Notes — Additional context or angles
Creating an idea manually:
  1. Click New Idea in the top right
  2. Enter a topic and description
  3. Select the target ICP
  4. Optionally pick a suggested content type
  5. Save — the idea appears in your My Ideas list

Discover

AI-discovered content candidates based on analysis of your workspace:
  • Content gaps — Topics your ICPs care about that you haven’t covered
  • Trending topics — Emerging subjects in your industry
  • Refresh candidates — Existing content that could benefit from an update
  • ICP pain points — Problems mentioned in your ICP profiles that lack dedicated content
Discovery runs automatically every Monday. New suggestions appear in your Inbox on the dashboard with a notification badge. The more content and ICPs you have configured, the more targeted the suggestions become — discovery uses entity extraction (which runs nightly) to understand your content landscape before identifying gaps. Evaluating a discovery:
  • Each suggestion includes a priority score based on ICP importance, gap severity, and opportunity size
  • Click the suggestion to see why it was recommended
  • Accept to move it to My Ideas for development, or Dismiss to hide it
A history of ideas that have been promoted to production assets. See:
  • Which ideas became blog posts, landing pages, or other content types
  • Current production status (draft, in-progress, published)
  • Performance data once the asset is live

Coverage

An analysis view showing content coverage across your ICPs and topics:
  • Matrix view — ICPs on one axis, topics on another, with content density in each cell
  • Gaps highlighted — Empty or thin cells indicate where you need more content
  • Direct link to action — Click a gap cell to create an idea pre-filled with that ICP and topic

Promoting an Idea to Production

When an idea is ready:
  1. Click Promote on the idea card
  2. Select the target asset type (blog post, landing page, social post, etc.)
  3. Optionally refine the idea first:
    • Use the AI chat to develop the topic further
    • Adjust the target ICP or angle
    • Add reference material or links
  4. Click Confirm — the idea becomes a new asset in your content registry
  5. The asset is ready for content generation
Ideas are cheap — create more than you think you’ll need. Promoting only the best 20% into production ensures you’re always working on high-impact content.
