Gap Analysis identifies where your content library is thin — which ICPs lack dedicated content, which topics are underserved, and which funnel stages have coverage holes.

How It Works

The system analyzes your existing content portfolio and compares it against:
  • ICP coverage — Does each ICP have content addressing their pain points?
  • Funnel stage coverage — Do you have awareness, consideration, and decision content for each segment?
  • Topic coverage — Are key topics represented across content types?
  • Competitive gaps — Topics your competitors cover that you don’t (when competitive data is available)
Gap analysis is powered by entity extraction, which runs nightly to identify topics, keywords, and concepts across your content. The richer your content library, the more precise gap detection becomes. Weekly idea discovery uses gap analysis data to suggest new content topics automatically every Monday.

Gap Types

Taking Action

Each discovered gap includes:
  • Priority score — Based on ICP importance, quota shortfall, and opportunity size
  • Suggested content type — What format would best fill this gap
  • Suggested topic — A specific content idea to address the gap
  • Promote to Idea — One-click to create an idea from the gap and start production

Inbox Integration

Gap suggestions also appear in your Unified Inbox as purple-badged items alongside revision proposals, entity candidates, and other actionable items. Claim a suggestion from the inbox to signal that you’re working on it — claimed items disappear for other team members.
