Clusters are groupings of related audiences, topics, or content themes. They help you organize your content strategy around natural segments rather than individual one-off assets.

Creating Clusters

Navigate to Library → Clusters to manage your clusters. Each cluster includes:
  • Cluster name — A descriptive label for the grouping
  • Description — What this cluster represents and why it’s meaningful
  • Members — The audience segments, topics, or content assets within this cluster
  • Targeting notes — How to approach content for this cluster

AI Chat

Refine clusters through conversation:
  • Ask the AI to suggest cluster groupings based on your existing ICPs
  • Discover hidden segments in your audience data
  • Get content strategy recommendations per cluster
  • Identify gaps where a cluster lacks sufficient content

Usage in Planning

Clusters feed into the Coverage Analytics and Gap Analysis tools. They help you see which audience segments are well-served by your content library and where you need to invest.
