Quotas let you define production targets for each content type and track progress against them.

Setting Quotas

Navigate to Planning → Quotas to configure your targets. For each content type (blog posts, landing pages, social posts, emails, etc.), set:
  • Target count — How many pieces per period
  • Period — Weekly, monthly, or quarterly
  • Priority — High, medium, or low importance

Tracking Progress

The Quotas dashboard shows:
  • Target vs. actual — How many pieces you’ve produced against the target
  • Progress bars — Visual fill indicating completion percentage
  • Trend lines — Whether you’re ahead or behind your pace
  • Rollover — Unmet quotas from previous periods

Auto-Scheduling

When quotas are active, WisePilot automatically generates and schedules content ideas to fill gaps. This runs daily as part of the automated pipeline:
  1. The system checks each active quota’s target vs. actual count
  2. For any shortfall, it generates content ideas targeted at the right ICPs and content types
  3. Ideas are placed in your Ideas inbox and scheduled on the Content Calendar
You still approve and generate the final content — auto-scheduling ensures you always have a pipeline of ideas ready to execute.
Auto-scheduling requires at least one ICP configured. The system uses ICP profiles and gap analysis data to determine which topics to suggest.

Using Quotas with Gap Analysis

Quotas feed into Gap Analysis. If you’re behind on blog posts for a specific ICP segment, the gap analysis will surface that as a priority opportunity.
