ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) define who your content is for. Each ICP represents a distinct audience segment with its own pain points, goals, language, and content preferences.

Creating an ICP

Navigate to Library → ICPs to manage your audience profiles. You can create ICPs manually through the form or use the AI chat to build them conversationally.

ICP Fields

Each ICP captures:
  • Name and role — Job title, seniority, department
  • Demographics — Industry, company size, geography
  • Pain points — The problems they face that your product solves
  • Goals and motivations — What success looks like for them
  • Objections — Common reasons they hesitate to buy
  • Language and tone — How technical, formal, or casual to be
  • Content preferences — Formats they prefer, topics they care about

AI Chat Refinement

Each ICP has a dedicated AI chat where you can refine it through conversation. Ask the AI to:
  • Expand on pain points based on your industry
  • Suggest objection-handling angles
  • Rewrite the profile for a different market segment
  • Add competitive awareness context
Changes from chat are applied directly to the ICP fields.

How ICPs Are Used

When you generate content, you select which ICP to target. The system uses the ICP’s pain points, goals, and language preferences to tailor:
  • Headline and hook selection — Addresses their specific concerns
  • Benefit framing — Positioned around their goals, not generic features
  • Tone calibration — Matches their expected formality and technicality
  • CTA messaging — Speaks to their stage in the buying journey
