The AI Chat is WisePilot’s conversational interface for working with content. It’s context-aware — it has access to your brand guidelines, ICPs, library resources, and existing assets.

Getting Started
The chat opens with a clean conversation view and a set of smart suggestions — categorized quick actions to help you get started:
- Explore — “Analyze my top-performing content”, “Find gaps in my blog coverage”
- Create — “Draft a blog post about X for Y audience”, “Generate social posts from my latest article”
- Refine — “Make this headline more compelling”, “Adjust this copy for a technical audience”
- Analyze — “Score this draft against my brand guidelines”, “Check readability”
- Export — “Format this for LinkedIn”, “Create an email version of this blog post”

What the AI Can Do
Content Creation
Ask the AI to create content directly in conversation:
“Write a blog outline about reducing customer churn for SaaS CTOs”
The AI generates structured content following your brand guidelines and ICP targeting. Results appear as formatted cards you can copy, edit, or promote to assets.
Content Refinement
Paste existing copy or reference an asset:
“Here’s my landing page headline: ‘Grow Your Business Faster’. Make it more specific to our ICP.”
The AI rewrites using your ICP’s pain points and your brand voice.
Analysis
Ask the AI to evaluate content:
“Does this blog post follow our brand guidelines? Here’s the text…”
The AI checks against your configured guidelines and flags inconsistencies.
Research
Use the AI to explore your content portfolio:
“Which of my blog posts target the SMB Owner ICP? Are there gaps?”
The AI searches your asset registry and library to answer questions about your content.
The AI has access to specialized tools that it invokes automatically based on your request:
- Content search — Searches your assets and library
- ICP retrieval — Pulls in audience context for targeting
- Guideline check — Validates content against brand rules
- Outline generation — Creates structured content outlines
- Copy generation — Produces full-length copy
You can see which tools the AI invokes via the tool thinking indicator that appears during processing.
Session Management
Chat sessions are persisted in the sidebar panel:
- Previous conversations are listed by date and topic
- Click any session to continue where you left off
- Start new to begin a fresh conversation
- Context carries over within a session — the AI remembers everything discussed
Entity Chat
Each content entity type has its own dedicated chat, accessible from the entity’s detail view:

Entity chat changes are applied directly to the entity’s fields — no copy-pasting needed.
Start broad, then narrow. Ask the AI to brainstorm 5 headline options, then pick one and ask it to refine further. Iteration produces better results than trying to get it perfect in one shot.
