Data Behind Reports

Reports are powered by data that WisePilot collects and aggregates automatically:
  • Google data (GA4 + GSC) imports nightly — reports reflect through yesterday
  • GTM events (CTA views/clicks) arrive in real-time
  • HighLevel data (conversations, appointments, opportunities) syncs nightly
  • Conversation quality scores are calculated daily after sync completes
Most reports update overnight and reflect the previous day’s data by morning. For the full schedule, see Automation & Data Freshness.
If a report shows unexpected gaps or flat metrics, check the Data Quality Console first — a stale data source is the most common cause.

Summary View

The default Summary tab shows top-level metrics:
  • Content volume and publishing velocity
  • Highest-performing assets
  • Data quality health indicator
  • Intent funnel conversion rates
  • Top gaps and opportunities
