Hooks are opening lines, questions, or statements designed to capture attention. They’re used as lead-ins for blog posts, landing pages, social content, and email subject lines.

Creating Hooks

Navigate to Library → Hooks to manage your hook library. Each hook includes:
  • Hook text — The actual opening line or question
  • Theme — The topic or category (e.g., “cost savings”, “productivity”, “fear of missing out”)
  • Tone — The emotional register (e.g., provocative, empathetic, data-driven)
  • Target ICP — Which audience segment this hook is best suited for

AI Chat

Each hook has a dedicated AI chat for refinement. You can ask the AI to:
  • Generate variations of an existing hook
  • Adapt a hook for a different audience or channel
  • Make a hook more specific with data or statistics
  • Adjust the emotional intensity

Usage in Content Generation

When you generate content, the system retrieves relevant hooks based on the target ICP and content type. Hooks appear as suggested openers that the AI can weave into the generated copy.
