Before You Start
- You need Admin or Owner role on the website
- The Google account you connect must have management access to the GBP listing
- GBP uses a separate connection from GA4/GSC — you can use a different Google account if needed
Connecting
- Navigate to Integrations → Google Business Profile
- Click Connect Google Account
- Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing
- Select your location — If your account manages multiple locations, pick the one for this website
- Click Confirm — Data sync begins immediately
Multi-location businesses can connect different locations to different websites within the same agency. Each website gets one GBP location.
What Gets Synced

Connection Health
If the connection loses access (e.g., Google token expires), WisePilot will attempt to refresh automatically. After 3 consecutive failures, the connection is marked as disconnected and you will see a prompt to reconnect. You can check connection status anytime at Integrations → Google Business Profile.Disconnecting
- Go to Integrations → Google Business Profile
- Click Disconnect
- Historical data is retained but no new data will be synced
