Service Mapping - WisePilot

The Services page shows how each service listed on your Google Business Profile maps to your website content.

Service Statuses

Each GBP service gets one of four statuses:

Status	Meaning	Recommended Action
Covered	You have content that targets this service AND it ranks for relevant queries	None — keep monitoring
Content Gap	No content on your website maps to this service	Create a landing page or blog post targeting this service
Ranking Gap	Content exists but is not ranking for service-related search queries	Optimize existing content for better local ranking
No Signal	Not enough data to determine status	Wait for more search data to accumulate

How Statuses Are Computed

The gbp-query-content-matcher runner (runs automatically after each GBP sync):

Pulls your services from your connected GBP listing
Searches your content library for assets that target each service
Cross-references with GBP search queries and GSC data to check ranking
Updates the status for each service

Taking Action on Gaps

For Content Gap services, click Create Content to open workspace chat with the service pre-loaded as context. The AI will help you create a targeted landing page or blog post. For Ranking Gap services, click the linked content asset to review and optimize it. The gbp-service-optimizer skill can suggest improvements.

Service Area Mapping

If your business has defined service areas in GBP, this section visualizes which geographic areas you serve and how your content coverage maps to them.
