Offer Registry
Use this guide after your ICPs are created. Offers are the value propositions that power CTAs across every piece of content WisePilot generates — getting them right early means every blog post, landing page, and email will reference the correct conversion path. What You’ll Need
- At least 1 ICP created in WisePilot
- A list of your main offers (products, services, or packages) with names and short descriptions
- Your conversion unit URLs or form names (booking links, checkout pages, contact forms)
The Starting Prompt
Copy and paste this into WisePilot’s AI chat to begin:What Claude Will Do
Claude will work through the following steps using these tools:| Step | Tool | What’s happening |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | list_entities (offers) | Checks for any offers already in the system |
| 2 | list_ctas | Reviews existing CTAs to understand what conversion language is already in use |
| 3 | search_content | Scans existing content for offer references that may need linking |
| 4 | create_entity | Creates each offer with a name, description, and mapped conversion unit |
What to Review
Once Claude finishes, verify:- Each offer has the correct conversion unit attached (form, calendar, or checkout link)
- Offer names match what you use in sales conversations — these names appear in generated copy
- Offers are linked to the right ICPs (Claude will suggest mappings based on ICP descriptions)
Multi-Product Note
If you’re running multi-product mode, offers can be scoped to specific product lines. After your initial offer setup, use this follow-up prompt:Common Edge Cases
Overlapping offers — If two offers target the same ICP with similar value propositions (e.g., “Starter Plan” and “Growth Plan” both targeting SMBs), keep them separate. Claude will ask which offer to prioritize in content for each ICP. You can set a default per ICP. Missing conversion units — If you don’t have a URL or form ID yet, create the offer without a conversion unit and Claude will flag it as incomplete. Content generation will still work, but CTAs won’t have a live destination until the conversion unit is added. Offers that aren’t products — Offers can represent any conversion action: a free audit, a demo call, a downloadable guide. If it has a conversion path, it belongs in the offer registry.Conversion units (forms, calendars, checkout links) are managed separately under Library > Conversion Units. If WisePilot is connected to HighLevel, GHL forms and calendars are synced automatically — Claude can reference them by name.
