The Reviews page helps you respond to customer reviews efficiently using AI-drafted replies that match your brand voice.

Reply Queue

When a new review comes in, WisePilot’s review responder runner automatically drafts a reply. These appear in your reply queue with three actions:
  • Approve — Send the drafted reply as-is to your Google Business Profile
  • Edit — Modify the draft, then send the edited version
  • Dismiss — Skip this review without replying
Approved replies are published to your Google Business Profile immediately. Review the draft carefully before approving.
All drafted replies also appear as action items in your Inbox, so you can manage them from either location.

How Replies Are Drafted

The AI review responder uses:
  • Your brand voice and tone settings
  • Confirmed learnings from past successful replies
  • The review’s rating and content to calibrate the response
  • Best practices for review responses (acknowledging feedback, addressing concerns, thanking positive reviewers)

Response Metrics

The Reviews page shows:
  • Response rate — Percentage of reviews you have replied to
  • Average response time — How quickly you typically respond
  • Rating trend — How your average rating has changed over time

Review History

Browse all reviews with filters:
  • Rating — Filter by star rating
  • Status — Pending, drafted, approved, sent, dismissed
  • Date range — Time period filter

Tips

  • Aim for a response rate above 90% — Google factors responsiveness into local ranking
  • Respond to negative reviews promptly and professionally
  • The AI drafts are a starting point — personalize them when the review mentions specific details
